About the guest:
Native to Northeast Ohio, Allen Roth, M.D., FACS, returned to Cleveland in 1988 following his fellowship at Tulane University. After 12 years of private practice, Dr. Roth joined Cleveland Clinic’s Eye Institute in January 1999, which soon after became the Cole Eye Institute. He has been an ophthalmologist at Cleveland Clinic for 23 years. In addition, he has been an assistant professor of ophthalmology at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine since 1988. Dr. Roth has served on the Board of Directors for Cleveland Eye Bank Foundation since 1988, becoming Board President in 2020.
